With the demand for period door furniture increasing and availability dropping Drummond Shaw Design (DSD) opened its metal works factory in 1994. We perfected the traditional ‘lost wax’ casting method, this superior and unique casting technique highlights the exquisite detail and sturdy design of our brass door and window collection which has been created from the best of the earlier designs.
